The Ultimate Adventure Van! EP: 1

We have started our next big project which is building out the Ultimate ADVENTURE VAN! This is episode #1.

We started this project by taking out the three benches in the back. We proceeded to demo the back and strip out all the plastic molding and seatbelt. We took out the sealing liner and also the carpet.

After demo we made a subfloor and insulated it with 1/2” foam. We used 1”x3” strips and 1/2” ply.

Lastly we attached the new flares to the back windows. These were sponsored by FlareSpace. these are awesome and add 5-6” of space sideways which allows you to sleep sideways on an elevated bed.
